輪廓儀，該儀器為直角坐標(biāo)測量法，觸針接觸式。X軸采用高精密的摩擦導(dǎo)軌為基準(zhǔn)，Z1軸采用數(shù)字傳感器，測繪出被測零件的表面輪廓形狀的坐標(biāo)點，通過計算機(jī)的軟件對傳感器采集的原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)運算處理，標(biāo)注所需的測量項目。
